These banana muffins are gluten, refined sugar, nut and dairy free so they’re a great option for kiddos with allergies or intolerances. They’re perfect in a lunchbox but can be a great ‘breakfast on the run’ option or after school snack between activities.

Our kids love them as they are or they are delicious warmed up with a slather of good quality butter (if you can tolerate it).
